Last week, at the bridal shower, the bride mentioned she still didn't have a 'purse' for the wedding day, and she wanted to find time to go shopping /before/after the game. Knowing how our group is usually running late, I made her a purse (I planned for it to be a back up if she didn't find one she liked) -- and she loved it!!
The 'purse' (I doubt it'll be carried much, more of a place to stow the lipgloss and such):
